I remembered Vulcan biology. I've written down most of what came to mind so far, but it's a lot. They're a kind of alien that look a lot like humans, but have pointy ears and green blood. My guess is this kind of knowledge came in handy what with us being out in space.

I'm sure they have some that float and have aliens as pieces, but naw, just the different levels and platforms. It's a lot like normal chess but.. more dimensional.

Yeah, I know of the planet Vulcan some and of Spock, but I don't know anything else about Vulcans. He did have pointed ears!
